The Quad's BootCamp is a fun and hardcore outdoor training program. It consists of group exercise classes aimed at improving fitness and body composition. The BootCamp will use free weights like kettlebells and dumbbells, as well as unconventional training tools like sandbags, water pipes, ropes, tires etc., and training modalities like calisthenics, speed & agility training, plyometrics etc. to push you beyond your comfort zone and deliver results!
